Topping with coconut flakes or cinnamon is a good match for semolina dessert.

Ingredients:
- 1.5 cup semolina flour (medium grind)
- 8 tablespoon butter
- 1 cup sugar (plus 2 tablespoons sugar for topping)
- 1 tablespoon pine nuts
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup water
Instructions:
- Melt the butter in a large sauce pan; add semolina and pine nuts. Cook on medium heat until the pine nuts are golden brown, constantly stirring.
- Stir in water, milk, and sugar into the semolina-pine nuts mixture. Bring to smear and cook with lid on until all liquid is absorbed.
- Move from heat and place a paper towel under the lid and let it sit for 15-20 minutes. Stir the dessert and sprinkle the additional 2 tablespoons of sugar and let it sit for another 3-5 minutes.
