Ingredients (for two):

  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 cup granola
  • 1 cup fresh berries (raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, strawberries (hulled and sliced))
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions:

  1. Mix the yogurt and honey. Toss the berries together.
  2. Spoon 2 tablespoons of honey yogurt, 2 tablespoons of granol, and 2 tablespoons of mixed fruits in this order in a parfait or tall glass (2 of them). Repeat the process.
