<p><strong>Hazırlanması:</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>Pancarları ayrı tencerelerde üzerlerini kapatacak kadar su koyup kaynatın. Su kaynayınca altını kısıp pancarlar yumuşayıncaya kadar 30 dakika kadar pişirin.</li>
<li>Pancarlar soğuyunca kabuklarını soyup küp şeklin doğrayın.</li>
<li>Portakalı soyup halka halka kesip pancarlarla aynı büyüklükte küp şeklinde doğrayın.</li>
<li>Soğanı da küp şeklin doğrayın.</li>
<li>İstediğiniz miktarda keçi peynirini ufalayın.</li>
<li>Tüm malzemeleri karıştırıp servis yapın.</li>
