<h4> <span lang="en-us">Ingredients:</span></h4>
<ul>
<li> <span lang="en-us">8 tablespoons butter</span></li>
<li> <span lang="en-us">2 cups wheat flour</span></li>
<li> <span lang="en-us">1 tablespoon pine nuts</span></li>
<li> <span lang="en-us">1.5 cups sugar</span></li>
<li> <span lang="en-us">1 cup milk</span></li>
<li> <span lang="en-us">1 cup water</span></li>
</ul>
<p> <span lang="en-us">Directions:</span></p>
<ol>
<li> <span lang="en-us">Melt the butter in a pan and add sifted flour. On medium heat cook the flour until it is dark pinkish, while constantly stirring. Add the pine nuts and stir couple times.</span></li>
<li> <span lang="en-us">Dissolve the sugar in the water. Add the milk and sugary water to the pan. Stir constantly.</span></li>
<li> <span lang="en-us">Halva is cooked when it is no more sticking to the pan. Scoop up halva to the serving plate.</span></li>

<li> <span lang="en-us">1 tablespoon pine nuts</span></li>

<h4> <span lang="en-us">Instructions:</span></h4>
<ol>
<li> <span lang="en-us">Melt the butter in a large sauce pan; add semolina and pine nuts. Cook on medium heat until the pine nuts are golden brown, constantly stirring. </span></li>
<li><span lang="en-us">Stir in water, milk, and sugar into the semolina-pine nuts mixture. Bring to smear and cook with lid on until all liquid is absorbed.</span></li>
<li> <span lang="en-us">Move from heat and place a paper towel under the lid and let it sit for 15-20 minutes. Stir the dessert and sprinkle the additional 2 tablespoons of sugar and let it sit for another 3-5 minutes.</span></li>
