A delicious seafood dish from Italian cuisine. Freshness of the basil and parsley played well against hot chilly flakes.

Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 20 mussels
- 20 clams
- 1 clove garlic (sliced)
- 1 pinch chili flakes
- 12 shrimp (cleaned & deveined)
- salt
- 12 leaves fresh basil
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1 cup chopped tomatoes
- 2 cups tomato sauce
- 1 lb spaghetti
Instructions:
- Heat olive oil over medium-high heat, add mussels and cover. Cook for a few minutes until mussels open. Add garlic and roast until a light golden color. Add chili flakes, shrimp, and salt. Cook for a minute. Add basil, parsley and white wine. Reduce liquid by half. Add chopped tomatoes and cook another minute then add tomato sauce. Let boil gently for a few minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Cook spaghetti in a large pot with salted boiling water. Follow directions on box.
- Once pasta is cooked, drain and toss with the sauce.
