An easy and tasty addition to dinner.

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- a pinch of salt
- blackpepper
- 4 portabella mushrooms
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients (except the mushrooms). Let the oil mix sit to absorb all the flavors.
- Spoon oil mixture spreading evenly on underside of each cap and let soak.
- Place the mushrooms with underside up on a cookie sheet and broil for 7-8 mimutes.
