<li>7 yumurta (oda sıcaklığında)</li>
<li>1 su bardağı şeker</li>
<li>2 su bardağı un</li>
<li>1/2 paket vanilya</li>
<li>1 çay kaşığı limon kabuğu rendesi</li>
</ul>
<h4>Islatma Şurubu Malzemesi:</h4>
<ul>
<li>1/4 su bardağı şeker</li>
<li>2 çorba kaşığı meyve suyu (ben portakal suyu kullandım)</li>
</ul>
<h4>Kreme Malzemelesi:</h4>
<ul>
<li>1 kg. kestane</li>
<li>1,5 su bardağı şeker</li>
<li>1 paket vanilya</li>
<li>2 çorba kaşığı kakao</li>
<li>1 çorba kaşığı tereyağı</li>
<li>2 çorba kaşığı şerit badem</li>
</ul>
<h4>Tarif:</h4>
<ol>
<li>Fırını 175ºC’ye açın.</li>
<li>Kestaneleri 2 su bardağı su ile 20-25 dakika pişirin.</li>
<li>Kestaneler pişerken pandispanya hamurunu hazırlayın: Una vanilya katıp eleyiniz. Kek kalıbını yağlayıp tabanına yağlı kâğıt serin.Yumurta beyaz ve sarılarını ayırıp yarımşar bardak şeker ile ayrı ayrı kaplarda çırpın. Yumurta sarıları koyu boza kıvamına, beyazları da krem şanti kıvamına gelinceye kadar çırpın. Yumurta akı karışımına un, limon kabuğu rendesi, ve yumurta sarısı karışımını katıp kaşıkla alttan alarak yavaşça karıştırın. Kalıba döküp fırında 45-50 dakika pişirin. Kalıp ılıyınca pandispanyanın çevresini bıçakla kalıptan kurtarıp ters çevirip kâğıdını çıkartın.</li>
<li>Pandispanya keki pişerken haşladığınız kestanelerin dış kabuk ve iç zarlarını soyup küçük bir tencereye koyun. 1 su  bardağı su ilave edip hafif hararetli ısıda kestaneler yumuşayıncaya  kadar pişirin. Püre makinasından veya tel süzgeçten geçirin. Şeker, kakao, ve tereyağını katıp 3-4 dakika karıştırarak kaynatın. Vanilya ilave  edip soğumaya bırakın.</li>
<li>Islatma şurubu için şekere 1/4 su bardağı su katıp eritin. Meyve suyunu ilave edip karıştırın.</li>
<li>Pandispanyayı isteğe ve kalıp şekline göre enine ya da boyuna 2 eşit parçaya kesin. Islatma şurubu ile ilk parça ıslatıp kremanın 1/3 ünü üzerine muntazam sürün, diğer parçayı üzerine kapatın. Üstteki parçayı ıslatma şurubu ile ıslatıp kalan krema ile pastanın üstünü ve yanları bıçak yardımı ile kaplayın. Üzerini badem şeritleri ile süsleyin.</li>

<li><span lang="en-us">2 eggs</span></li>
<li><span lang="en-us">1 1/2 cups half-n-half</span></li>
<li><span lang="en-us">1/2 cup brown sugar</span></li>
<li><span lang="en-us">1/2 cup white sugar</span></li>
<li><span lang="en-us">1/2 tsp salt</span></li>
<li><span lang="en-us">1 tsp cinnamon</span></li>
<li><span lang="en-us">1/2 tsp ginger</span></li>
<li><span lang="en-us">1/4 tsp nutmeg</span></li>
<li><span lang="en-us">1/8 tsp cloves</span></li>
<li><span lang="en-us">1 9 inch unbaked deep dish pie shell</span></li>
</ul>
<h4><span lang="en-us">Recipe:</span></h4>
<ol>
<li><span lang="en-us">Blend the pumpkin and half-n-half together in a medium size mixing bowl.</span></li>
<li><span lang="en-us">Mix the sugar and spices together thoroughly and stir into the pumpkin mixture.</span></li>
<li><span lang="en-us">Slightly beat the eggs and then add to the pumpkin mixture.</span></li>
<li><span lang="en-us">Pour into the 9 inch unbaked pie shell.</span></li>
<li><span lang="en-us">Bake at 425°F for 15 minutes then reduce heat to 350°F and bake 45 to 60 additional minutes. Pie is done when inserted knife comes out clean.</span></li>
<li><span lang="en-us">Cool pie on wire baking rack.</span></li>

<li> <span lang="en-us">1/2 cup sugar</span></li>
<li> <span lang="en-us">1 lemon zest</span></li>
<li> <span lang="en-us">2 tablespoons lemon juice</span></li>
<li> <span lang="en-us">1 cup flour</span></li>
<li> <span lang="en-us">1 cup semolina</span></li>
<li> <span lang="en-us">1 teaspoon baking powder</span></li>
</ul>
<h4> <span lang="en-us">For syrup:</span></h4>
<ul>
<li> <span lang="en-us">4 cups sugar</span></li>
<li> <span lang="en-us">4 cups water</span></li>
<li> <span lang="en-us">1 tablespoon lemon juice</span></li>
</ul>
<p> <span lang="en-us">Instructions:</span></p>
<ol>
<li> <span lang="en-us">Mix together eggs, half a cup sugar, and lemon zest to get a thick mixture. Add the lemon juice and mix couple more times.</span></li>
<li> <span lang="en-us">Add flour, semolina, and baking powder and combine all. Pour the mixture to pre-greased pan. Cook for 25-35 minutes in oven preheated to 350°F.</span></li>
<li> <span lang="en-us">Meanwhile boil the sugar and water to prepare the syrup. Add the lemon juice to the syrup.</span></li>
<li><span lang="en-us">Transfer the revani to a bigger pan and pour the hot syrup over the revani. Let it sit in the oven until it absorbs the syrup and enlarges 1.5 times. Don&#8217;t forget basting the top of the revani.</span></li>
<li><span lang="en-us">Soğuğunca üzerine hindistan cevizi rendesi serpip servis yapın. Let it cool and serve with coconut flakes.<br />

<li><span lang="tr">Kayısıları dörde bölüp tereyağında orta hararetli ateşte kavurun.</span> <span lang="en-us">Quarter the dried apricots and sautee in butter on medium heat.</span></li>
<li><span lang="tr">Suyu ve karanfili ilave edip kayısılar suyu çekene kadat pişirin.</span> <span lang="en-us">Add the water and cloves and cook until apricots absorb all the water.</span></li>
<li><span lang="tr">Ateşten alıp servis tabağına koyun ve içinden karanfilleri çıkarın. Üzerine dövülmüş ceviz ve arzuya göre tarçın serpip servis yapın.</span> <span lang="en-us">Remove from the heat and transfer to a plate and remove all the cloves. Top with walnuts and cinnamon (optinal) before serving.</span></li>

<li> <span lang="en-us">Kent or Japanese pumpkin</span></li>
<li> <span lang="en-us">sugar </span></li>
<li><span lang="en-us">walnuts</span></li>
</ul>
<h4> <span lang="en-us">Instructions:</span></h4>
<ol>
<li> <span lang="en-us">Slice pumpkin wedges and seed and peel the wedges. Cut the pumpkin wedges into 1-1 1/2 inch cubes. Place pumpkin cubes into a pan. Sprinkle the sugar over the pumpkin generously. Sugar pumpkin weight ratio should be about one to two but adjust based on the sweetness of the pumpkin. Cover the pan and allow to sit for 3-4 hours or over night. The sugar will draw out an amazing amount of liquid from the pumpkin.</span></li>
<li>. <span lang="en-us">Cook over low heat for 30 minutes.</span></li>
<li> <span lang="en-us">Bake for 20 minutes at 300°F oven.</span></li>
<li> <span lang="en-us">Once cool down, serve with crushed walnuts over the top.</span></li>
