Slice the heirloom tomatoes and toss with extra virgin olive oli, salt, and blackpepper. Arrange the tomato slices on a plate. Place orange rings on top of the tomato slices and toss some quartered figs. Drizzle the olive oil – tomato juice mixture over the salad. Bon appetite!
